payment / Refund Policy
$200 of your payment is considered a program deposit and is non-refundable.
Each program balance is due, in full, 45 days before the departure date.
Cancellations occurring 60-45 days prior to departure will receive a 25% refund or program credit.
Cancellations after the 45 days-before-departure date will not receive a refund, because funds have already been sent to other countries.
Travel Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. We do not provide insurance, but recommend Seven Corners.
Program credit must be used within 12 months of the originally planned program date.
